Part number section.....
« on: December 09, 2009, 09:19:30 am »
Just a little sub-section somewhere where people can ask for part numbers?

The only reason for this is I've seen the same part number questions repeatedly being asked, so this could also act as a resource for those people looking for part no's, rather than having topic repetition!

Thoughts?

Why not just have a thread with commonly asked for part numbers? Too many sections and it clutters things up.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

indeed, a Q&A thread with the answers migrating to the first post would be the simplest answer

couldnt this be done in the FAQ part of the forum? that already exists

Well, it hasn't really worked too well has it...... http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=3971.0

Part number posts are scattered either in the FAQ section or in General Chat!

I see what those above have said about it being a thread, but still think that a section would result in more clarity and search ease.
