Transmission Mount part number help
«
on:

Hi guys. I am having some trouble locating the part numbers to replace the transmission mount and stretch bolts on my 2005 manual GTI. I need the part numbers for the mount and the 4 bolts (I know 2 are of different size to the others)
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks Tappy. Where did you get the prices from out of interest?

No worries. I got them from parts link which is the online catalog we use at work. I used my chassis number as I have a 2005 manual gti also

I have to say I am surprised at the cost of the bolts. Will be getting everything ordered along with a Superpro Dogbone insert. Hopefully the combination will stop the 'clunkiness' they has crept into my gear changes along with the noticeable clunks when the acceleration is put on/off.
