Helloooo another forum newbie based in Dublin, Ireland
« on: January 27, 2016, 11:17:27 pm »
Just got the car a couple months back and slowly making some changes to her.
I know where the dipstick is.. Thats about the level of my mechanical knowledge  :notworthy:

Need myself a Downpipe that will connect to the cat of the original exhaust
Any suggestions of brands? should i use an ebay one?
Would possibly be interested in a sports cat aswell.

The oem downpipe sheared off at the flange just after where its bolted to the turbo.
I was absolutley throttling her at the time.

Hey Paul welcome to the forum  :happy2:

These engines have a lot of play in them and I read in another post your on 208k

If your modding her, then maybe think about upgrading the engine mounts, if they haven't been done already, it's well known that excessive movement in the engine has caused lots of bust exhausts.

Hope your enjoying her and welcome to the very slippery slope  :driver:
