Any renault technicians on board

Got a problem with my brother in laws renault scenic 2002 1.9 dci ran out of fuel and now not starting?.
Did tt tart but once turned off it wouldn't start after about 30 minutes and does this always. someone tried to bleed it but was unable to do it.
The fuel filter has 5 pipes going to it so I'm clueless as where to bleed it from  I looked and didn't even bother as I haven't a clue.

Wouldn't you crack an injector nut? This is what i did on the beater after replacing a gasket in the injector pump.

I haven't tried that as the car is now in the garage but the guy said the fuel pump maybe packed up but I'm finding it difficult to believe that as the car was starting okay for the first time and then only after turning it off it wouldn't start.

It all began when his son the twirp took the car out and ran it out if diesel. Green flag came out and got it running after a bleed but the car only starts first time and then it won't start for at least 30 minutes.
Now that they tried to bleed it. it has caused it to not start at all.

My fuel pump was leaking and letting air into the system so it would be hard to start if left standing for a long time. In theory i would have thought if its just been started it should start nicely as there should be no air in the system.

I've checked for leaks but all dry.

I'm going to the garage now to see what he says.

Plenty problems with the fuse box on that model for that fault if I remember correctly?

I got back from the garage at 1930 pm 

They have a pump on the fuel filter and battery flat stupid  clowns!. 
Two of them trying to tell it won't start as there's a fuel pump issue but I found it almost started even when they were trying to fob me off with it ain't going to start bull**** like wt bleep

They're not bleeding the system properly or having a fully charged battery. so I've told them to try start it monday as it will start if they do it properly.

I've not gone into the fuse box as I don't think it will be this unless you can explain otherwise or point me in the right direction doylebros?.

I would always start with no expense first and couldn't fault your approach!

So let's see what Monday brings.

Seriously, I can't believe the nerve of some people lol we're not asking for a freebie ffs. Just do the job or say you don't know how too. 

the guy says there's no umph to the car turning over and I'm saying charge the battery and you'll get umph  only then can a diesel be fired up gosh it's like talking to a brick wall sometimes.

Update like I had to squeeze it out of the guy.

He says there's no fuel pressure amd it's only showing 4 bar.
Saturday it nearly started and was showing in the 100 bar rage from what I recall.

He now says it maybe the fuel rail or pump

Okay finally have the car running and it was down to a dodgy ticker. I mean primary fuel pump that sits at the bottom right hand side of the bulk head which failed as when it was tapped a slight buzz would come from it but die out again. New pump fitred and all running apart from the starter motor having burnt out this afternoon.
