Mirror Switch Replacement
« on: February 26, 2016, 05:10:06 pm »
Hi
(VW/Noob)

I’ve managed to replace the drivers grab handle after sweating a little, hate cocking things up, especially on cars, but managed to do the small project.

I now want to replace the mirror switch as the one on my car is scuffed, and the newer version has a slightly different face, the extra is the off position, but has the same folding, heating and movement options, so my question is do I need to do anything such as coding into the car after its replaced, or is it a straight swap... just being cautious.

The two photos shows one which is from my car, and the new one.
