Rear Badge help
« on: February 15, 2016, 05:51:17 pm »
Hi guys as heading suggests.

I've purchased a Matt Black boot badge for my ED30 to go with the Matt Black/Red badge on the front. The badge is 100mm in diameter however on inspection my OEM badge looks to be bigger maybe 110mm Has anyone had this problem on an ED30 ?
I'm a bit annoyed to be honest as every ad I've found for rear badges states 100mm diameter am I missing something obvious here guys.
The ED30 is a 2008 if this helps. Any advice greatly appreciated guys. Pic attached thanks.

note sure on the sizes myself, thats why i bought a complete mk6 handle as you can split the logo from it, paint them seperately, and change handle over ( i did mine background black, logo red on a magic black car)

Looks like a badge off a mk4. They were slightly smaller from what I remember.

I ended up using one after white worm got to my badge. Hated the look and went for a total change to the bevelled mk6 badge in the end!

Contact the seller Trow, see if they will accept a return/refund as it is not as advertised? I am pretty sure you can just pop the badge off yours to paint like I have done anyway.
