Track/Fast Road Set Up

I am going to set my car up for a fast road and the occasional track day. What would you guys recommend for handling mods? I was thinking H&R springs, Bilstein shockers, front and rear anti roll bars, some poly bushes and a proper 4 wheel alignment. Is there anything else I should get or should avoid getting?

Anti lift kit
RS3 top mounts
Dogbone mount insert
Maybe some alloy wishbones but depends on your budget
Also I imagine coilovers would be better than springs and shocks but have only even done coilovers so don't have a real comparison.

The brakes are the first thing that will let you down on a track day

Yeah brakes are the first thing getting done, forgot to add that on the list. Will R32 fronts cope with a track day? If not it'll have to be TTRS calipers.

I would go TTRS caliper over a 340mm disc. Cheapish and will stop well.

I've had R32's and TTRS with 340's. You need the TTRS ones or equivalent, R32's are OK for the road but to heavy and will fade on track.

Decent brake fluid! ATE typ200 or motul RBF 660 boil at much higher temps than the OEM stuff.

Hasn't been dyno'd yet but it's running stage 1 APR K04 Edition 30

If you go S3 route you will outgrow them quickly on track.
4 piston caliper of some sort for the front is the best route. S3 rears.

I'd add these based on my experiences:
S3 intercooler or better and consider a hpfp to ensure AFR remains good.
WALK kit will deal with the most problematic bush. OE refresh is good enough for everything else and check drop links.
Downpipe with pre-cat delete to assist in keeping heat down at turbo. Stainless systems shed heat quickly.
Bilstein B12 suspension kit works well on track.
Getting good -'ve camber might involve adjustable top plates (ground control make some) or similar and it may be worth doing this ahead of alloy lower arms. -2.35 to -2.85 degrees works well.
Pay for an intake de-coke and whip the sump off to check the oil pick up pipe for gunk...cheap enough to just change.
Full set of engine mounts - these engines move around a lot under high loads.
