Ordered a Pipercross panel filter but...
« on: February 28, 2016, 11:02:38 pm »
I should have checked before I ordered it.....do I need to order some oil for it?
Think I've read on here somewhere that you don't use it with the GTIs as it messes something up?
I can't find that thread when I need it  :signLOL:
Cheers

I've not heard anything bad about the panel filter yet but and can't remember what @Dan_FR told me on my pflow thread regsding most filters and I think he has tried many types - wow I remember his user name now :stupid: dodo braon doesn't always function   :stupid: :signLOL:

Ps don't use the oil as it may well mess your MAF up but don't quote me on that until the experts have replied  :happy2:

No as mentioned run it dry, then just wash it out and allow to air dry each service
