I've just had my car back from a service, and one note was, 3 of the bleed nipples on my brake calipers are seized so they didnt do the brake fluid change in case they broke my calipers  :congrats:

Where can I get some Red GTI calipers from? (2 front, 1 rear) I had a rear changed last month as was completely knackered, but for the cost of £300... I don't really like to the thought of £900 for the other three calipers...  :scared:

any suggestions?

Have a look on ebay. I might need a new front one as mine is binding slightly. Loads on ebay on breaking cars and stuff.

Would it be more economical to have your calipers refurbished by a specialist?

I am based North Oxfordshire/ south northamptonshire border, near banbury.

Being red I didnt want to get them refurbished just because it'll look good for a few months then go dull and look sh*t. also I cant really do without my car while its being done.

I've got a pair of front calipers still for sale, and I live a mile out from Banbury if that helps you.
