I am needing a BBK as the standard brakes will probably barely last 1 lap on a track day but I don't really want to be spending more than 1k. I've been thinking about going for the TTRS set up but before I pull the trigger on that what else is out there? Also what's a good price for RS3 calipers without discs or pads? Been offered some for £350 but I'm not sure if that's a good price or not.

The Brembo 18Z of the Touareg/Q7/Cayenne cost around that value (£350) and the adapter bolts are cheap. Then you need centering rings for the 350 mm ML450 discs. You can get the discs and pads relatively cheap as well. You can either get braided lines for Brembo calipers or for GTI, they both fit well. Just another alternative for a good BBK.

The TTRS/RS3 calipers are expensive because of the 370 mm TTRS discs. If you get the adaptor bracket for R32/TTS discs you need to pay £260 (includes braided lines), but then you can use cheaper and lighter discs.

You will need lines and discs but please take that into consideration TTRS discs range from £360-430 depends where you buy them

You mean TTRS calipers?

It's about right for a good set - without adaptors for 340/345mm discs.

You can use the proper 370mm TTRS discs but there are quite a few reports of them being weak. Ok for a gently driven daily, but weak on track.
