Evening all recently broke my mk5 virginity with a mk5 GTI, has been mapped to 255hp apart from this totally standard, actually very surprised with how fast it is!

It came up cheap so couldn't let it go and its perfect for me while i restore my mk2 16v :)

Cant really fault it, gearbox is a bit whiny but managed to find a low millage replacement which should be with me soon. wheels going for a refurb in the next few weeks
