Upgrade LED mirror indicators

Is there any upgrades out there to have the mirror indicators alot brighter & more leds inside like in the link below;



I have contacted the owner of that video but he doesnt make the units any more.

Just looking for an upgrade on these.

That looks great, just ordered tinted indicator lenses hopefully they are noticeable when I indicate anyone a link of what they look like on?
