Since I got the PDT remap, I'm gettin 260 miles out of a tank, which works out at 25.6mpg :stupid:
Thats driving around normally, no traffic jams or much town driving either :sad1:

14.5mpg when having a bit of a blast and settling down to 21.5mpg when being light footed. Mind you it's an 18 year old 3.9 V8 so all in not too bad really :P

^^^ :signLOL: it's a classic Range Rover which has been in my street for the last 10 years and I've always loved the look of it. Came up for sale last week and I thought 'I'm having that'! Nothing fancy about it just a 'classic' of it's time. Looking forward to getting it down Salisbury plain and about 4mpg then  Broke my karcher washing it today so will put a few pics up in due course.

....Ah, a good mate of mine had one of those first Range Rovers when they came out. They were considered to be something very special and different at the time. I loved the sound of the V8.  :notworthy:

I was quite impressed with my mpg from the trip to work today, a mixture of b roads and dual carriageways, with 3 miles @ 50mph speed restriction on which I kept a steady 50mph in 6th gear, this gave me 37.2mpg at the end of the trip!   :congrats:

Been 'driving miss daisy' :innocent: recently to see the best I can get out of car (purely an experiment not a lifestyle choice!) just put 40litres in and had done 281miles by my reckoning (quite happy to be corrected maths not my strongest suit) that 31.9mpg. Won't be doing that again
