Apple TV\Radio - Available elsewhere?

When I was out in Aus, the family friends I stayed with had Apple TV and the radio stations on there were top notch with a great choice.

I don't have any Apple devices (I'm an Android man  ) so rather than lay £70 out on Apple TV just for a couple of the features for it to sit and collect dust can I get the same Apple radio stations or selection on the web or a cloud anywhere? 

I'm sure one of the forum Apple genuiai' (plural for genius  ) will have a method

I've had that app a while chap - the Apple TV Radio stations are essentially queued playlists rather than 'live' traditional DAB radio. The problem is, they're really good and I want to know if their playlist(s) are mirrored anywhere else that doesn't require an Apple or iCloud account?
