Again thanks pete.I take it it's a lot easier to re-fit ?.

It is. I couldn't work out how much you had to turn the bulb holder once in place, so I just did a 180 turn making sure it was in place then that seemed about right.

Just compared the two and put a Halogen H7 back in. The Phillips are ever so mildly whiter and brighter, wasn't much in it at all and I was a little disappointed. None the less, until I get Xenons they'll do :)

try some Ring Xenon Max's, i've fitted them and they seem ok so far. just need some nice white sidelamps now

I bought some Philips xtreme and agree they are no whiter than standard. They ARE however a bit brighter, so I put them on my high beams. I have some cheapo ebay specials as my dipped beam which are as white as Xenons, but they are not very bright!
