My car was recently at the dealers getting new wings on warranty, when I got the car back I discovered that the docking station wasn't working (hit CD twice and you get the no CDC message flashing on the head unit) so back into the dealers it went. The body shop said they could find no issue with it using their relatively limited expertise and said I should book into the proper dealer where they 'might' be able to isolate the problem and prove responsibility - I wasn't keen on booking it in to be told they couldn't prove it was their fault! They said they scanned the car before and after the works were carried out so it's pretty obvious they've done something...
Anyway, is the docking station something that can be programmed using VagCom and if so, does anyone is Glasgow have it that could help me out?
