Just introducing myself, I'm Warren, 32, from Weymouth down in sunny Dorset (well, it's sunny today at least), I have myself my 2nd Golf Gt TDI, sold the laser blue on a 05 in 2014 for an Audi A4 B8, but I'm not that keen on it, so I've got myself another Golf,

This one is a 58 Plate, 3 dr GT Sport TDI in Steel Grey (I think it's called) and had full dark grey heated leather and rear privacy glass. I researching how to rectofit cruise control.

I also have a ongoing project on a Mk3.5 Cabrio, it was a 2.0 8v Auto, now it's 2.0 16v Manual, I've had it running, but it fried its engine lol last October, so just waiting for the good weather to start before I sort that out.

I have Full VAGCom, and am learning how to use it, I know some bits, but coding is still new to me.

I hope to become a active member of this community and hope one day, to be able to help some using experiences gained.

Hello Warren

I'm over in Bournemouth, and 3/4 weeks into my first  petrol GTI  - Laser Blue, 05 so an early one on 33,000 miles. Liking it so far, but finding some of the common faults logged on this forum a bit surprising, compared to other German engineered car that I've had. Fingers crossed the low mileage will be helpful...time will tell.

Any other Dorset / Hampshire GTI-ers on here?
