Carly diagnostic app
« on: April 19, 2016, 10:01:33 pm »
Anyone used it? I have the BMW version and it reads and resets codes, as well as allowing you to program things like lights etc.
Just wondered if anyone had used the VW version and could comment?
Here's what it can do: http://support.mycarly.com/knowledge-base/coding-vw-with-carly-for-vw-list-what-is-possible/

Never heard of it till this post. I purchased the Carista device and App last month which does the same as this app though... Switched some things on and successfully cleared some faults with it. A useful purchase. The app cost about £16. Carly costs £40!

never tried Carly.... Sound like a new name for drugs lol
I downloaded Carista but when I tried to scan it would time out.

I'm using Torque App pro. does everything I need really and was like 2quid to purchase the app.

the only benefit that Carista has over Torque pro is that you can adjust thinks like needle sweep etc.

Can always been done on vag com too though
