PolarFIS battery drain with Retrofitted white/colour clocks?
« on: April 24, 2016, 06:16:29 pm »
Hi, I've heard of a few reports of this being an issue... Has anyone got retrofitted white, colour or 3D clocks and a PolarFIS kessy edition fitted and is having no problems with the battery?

Looking at getting 3D clocks, but don't really want to loose the Polar.

Thanks

I had battery drain, after upgrading to white clocks.
Took it out and problem solved.

Now have colour clocks and not re-fitted.
Don't intend to either as 'phone' menu enters PolarFIS, then you access phone in there.
More long winded.  Also can only display four parameters, the red display could display six and just looked better.

I initially bought it for the red high line display and bluetooth display.
Bought the better module for the additional features.  on red display great.

White / colour clocks - not necessary a few caveats....
Also batery drain, although a firmware revision could of fixed that.....mine isn't gong back in tho!
