The Pride and Joy edition (pic heavy)
« on: April 26, 2016, 11:34:52 pm »
So been browsing over the members ride section, and decided i may aswell post some of the edition with some progress pictures too. bits and bobs have been done. (not all the best quality unfortunatly)

So to start...

around the time she came home and parked next to the old audi

a slightly better picture from her first wash, again next to the old audi and a friends breadvan

Then came the first modification,  a milltek catback system supplied by awesome gti

followed by the downpipe and decat several weeks later

then a nice simple upgrade from the 310 to the 510, luckily havnt had any issues with the battery drain issues, which is all good :)

followed by some more shiney parts provided by awesome gti again

and some 15mm wheel spacers for the rear

finally after reading many many reviews a revo induction kit was decided on

Just waiting on delivery of a stage 2 airtec intercooler which should arrive this week via a loverly man in a van, to which then i will be sending it to r-tech obviously.

and heres a couple cleaning shots :)

i don't clean the back box often i was just trying to find a rattle and thought why not haha

Looking good, have you though about upgrading the HPFP since you've done nearly all the other supporting mods for stage 2+? Or do you not want to go that far with it?

yeah i will be looking at going stage 2+ its just money permitting really, i will purchase a hpfp later this year just don't think the clutch will handle it at the moment and i should really priorities money else where, so only going to go stage 2, later on in the year im sure ;)

So i got round to fitting the new intercooler on the ed30 today with a big help from the girlfriend!
weirdly can feel the weight difference between the standard one and the new one, and all went back together with not 1 screw/bolt/nut left over so rather chuffed with that.

not bad for a few hours work and no idea what we were doing ;)

So i had this put on the rolling road at gti international the other weekend and suprisingly made 252.4bhp with just the bolt on modifications. (Induction, miltek turbo back, and airyec stage 2 intercooler) cant wait to get the hpfp and map :)
