Had my Helix clutch fitted by Alex clutch feels as others have said firmer than standard but not so much as to make my daily commute in traffic unpleasant the main reason for the post is to let you all know how good Alex is when things don't go to plan I left my car with him in the morning for clutch to be fitted returned to pick it up only to find out there was a problem with 1 part meaning that being Saturday afternoon nothing could be done Alex was straight on the phone to get me a hire car for my 100 mile journey home and to use for the next week until it was sorted and I could get back to pick it up he had to take me to Newport Pagnall to collect car as none were available closer that's what I call customer service.
