Vibratechniks all day long, they are solid they don't make the car vibrate (road ones anyway can't comment on competition ones) they transmit a lovely noise to the cabin and transform how the car drives. There is basically no way to fault them.

Had the old THS ones first and they gave up after only a few thousand miles one actually snapped and I had the full set!

Have you got the full set of Vibratechniks? or just the lower engine mount? Seems quite a few people just do the lower engine mount and then either  leave the side mounts or replace with OEM so I'm curious

imo the lower mount will put way too much stain on the upper ones so on that note it should be a full set of vibratechnics or straight oem set if you like the jerky effect  :signLOL:

I have all three BulletProof Speed Hardware(BSH) mounts...any poly rated over oem density will suit you...it's the strength and design of its alloys that can make a difference.

r5gtt...I don't get how replacing one upgraded lower tranny mount puts more strain on the two upper as it would lower torque put on them?  Now then, not doing the upper two, when you do only the lower, does put more strain on the lower mount.  :happy2:

I was referring to the lower sog bone one ROH ECHT will be stiffer and the driveahafts will twist the upper engine ones more so in turn will put more pressure on those as they are the weaker two if that makes sense?.

I've been eyeing up the offerings from 034Motorsport, they do a Density Line set which look OE with better rubber, or they offer a billet aluminium set as well (opting for the latter). But Vibratechnics are always a good shout, going buy the popularity and good reviews.

Moving over to Flickr, sorry for the broken picture links!

I've got the Revo mounts. Transmission, side and pendulum (dog). Doing a fine job, I'm happy. :happy2:

Been told the Revo vibrate too much which is why two sellers sold the complete set for £200 but I didn't buy them because of the poor reviews from others. no offence to anyone.

Been thinking about this as my engine will be out soon. I already have the dog bone mount in but which others will be accessible whilst the engine is out? Don't really have the money for them all but which is most important? Thanks

The engine and gear box ones are very important and would be best doing whilst engine is out. :happy2:

Can I ask why the engines coming out?.

You obviously like it a little on the spongy side... it happens with age.

Function over form for me. I'm very pleased with the performance per pound value the Revo mounts offer tbf.
