Thx a bunch, i will order the other one and find a Mk 5 owner that wishes to upgrade to MFSW  :notworthy:

I just checked, i have bought a slipring of ebay, and it is the c version, so that's one right part  :happy2:

I wrote to VW and they confirmed that the BK is for the mk.6 sw  :confused:
I'll just have to see  :scared:

I think the problem with some of them is that the mk6 doesn't use a steering angle sensor so when the controller is fitted and you are trying to do the basic setting to reset the steering and ESP/TC it carn't find a angle sensor to reset it so throws a wobbler.

All the buttons work Shaun except the right set inner button and the left set inner and outer,  they are redundant but from working on a couple of mk6 golf gti now Im now sure what they actually do :confused:

It does feel better than my previous R32 wheel

Oh forgot to mention that mate, my cruise does not work either! Unsure why. If you find the answer let me know as I would be interested to know!
