Jetta front bumper
« on: May 27, 2016, 08:26:38 am »
I have sourced a complete jetta front bumper for around 300 pounds and just wondering if this is worth it?
Also after a quick look on the forum there seems to be some confusion on the matter but the jetta front bumper is a different shape to the gt right? I don't want to buy a whole bumper when all I need is to buy fog grilles

Finally does it fit on straight away or is there some work to be done to make it fit?

If it's £300 including paint then I'd say go for it. I paid £40 for mine from a scrap yard.

@r5gtt because I know you've missed seeing it.

I've heard that the non genuine bumpers on eBay fit alright, I was gonna go down that route as its a lot cheaper than a genuine bumper.

Sadly it's not a Gti but a 1.4s 3 door golf with an r32 rear end.....gets picked on all the time!

It's nice but not an R32

There's a blue gti local to me with the exhaust and it sounds horrific  :scared:
