Seems it's a big hit elsewhere worldwide Chris Evans' Top Gear 'is bigger global hit than Jeremy Clarkson version' - the guardian https://apple.news/A0y8yLH9eR4CcRKq27qIsUw

They've basically sold it to more countries than they have before and was probably already negotiating them deals before this series even started and they even say in the article that the growth was marginal

Can't stand the new show. Bring on The Grand Tour.

The new show was fine when LeBlanc was on or the other 2. Just Evans didn't seem to fit in. I reckoned he'd have got better over time but ultimately it's better without him.

Jesus. Grand tour is absolute garbage. Only just got around to watching it and the first two episodes are comically bad.

Was of the same mind but it gets better.

Well not better. It gets more like the original top gear which is more about arguments with Jeremy and minimal info on cars.

Yeap, The Grand Tour still has to improve a lot if they want to really make the show worthy of watching. Too much nonsense and not enough good car reviews.

I liked 'em.... for the most part anyway. Some weeks/features were awful, but some reminded me of Top Gear in the good 'ol days.

If I had to choose between GT and the most recent season of Top Gear, then its GT every time

Both shows have good and bad points, a few cringe worthy moments in the new GT show but also some laugh out loud moments.
