All Things MK6 R and GTI > MK6 General Area
Looking for an honest Edition 35 - but quite picky!!
(1/1)
GE90:
Hi all
Had a varied car history, including an immaculate late ED30, and again an immaculate and late R32.
Looking to get another GTI, and narrowed it down to an ED35. Must be mint, Carbon Grey, manual, with nav and 5 doors ideally. Low mileage etc. Standard, not tracked....
If anyone knows of anything close to my wish list, I would be really grateful if you could let me know ASAP. Would rather by private if possible.
Have a great weekend chaps.
Thanks.

There is a a link for one that beddie posted

GE90:
Many thanks - same this, lovely car.
Seen one local, so all round easier, and looks like an honest car. 2012 ED35, 5 door, white.
Good:
20k miles
One owner - I'd rather buy private from original owner
Bought and serviced by same local dealer (all checks out after calling them)
Options - RNS510 and Winter pack
Bad:
Two slight scruffs on bumpers - Candy White touch in OK?
One slight scuff on a wheel
Never had white before, and still a little undecided!
Needs 4 year service and MOT next month
Might need tyres.
They really seem to hold their value, but this looks like a nice honest car.
Any thoughts?
Also, anywhere I can find out a little more about the ED35? Differences etc? Did VW produce numbered plaques - I remember the ED30 fiasco!
Many thanks all
GE90:
Just to update, I'm no longer looking, as just placed a deposit on a MK7.
Many thanks
