Interior dimmer/headlight level wiring

Right folks, this is my first post so please be gentle 
I bought a euro lit switch assembly to upgrade in my Leon and would like to know which wires are for what (what colour is live, neutral, dimming, etc)
Here is a pic of the connector with the 8 wires:

Or can anyone link me a wiring diagram for the switch

Sorry pal, they look like some are different colours on mine but mine is a mk6.

i'll try find a diagram for mk5 though

Easiest way to check this is from your light socket with a power probe or a probe light earthed to the body and use the switch to see which is what.

I can't as I'm putting the switch into my Leon, therefore I need to know the wiring for the golf light dimmer

Oh sorry mate, someone must have a diagram or Haynes Manual to hand. I just don't have the time to check else I would have done a check.
