Edition 30 Stuttering >6.000 RPM full throttle
« on: June 14, 2016, 03:23:05 pm »
Hey guys im a proud owner of an edition 30. But lately my car has been acting strange.

Whenever i try to pull full throttle in 3/4/5/6 gear, it starts stuttering after ~6.000 RPM. If i keep the thorttle on it will keep stuttering untill it eventually shifts, and it will start acting up again after  6.000 RPM.

I've pulled some fault codes:
First day:
P1093 - Bank 1; Fuel Measuring System 2: Malfunction
P119A - Fuel Pressure Sensor (G247) : Malfunction

Second day:
P1093 - Bank 1; Fuel Measuring System 2: Malfunction
P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0302 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected

Because of the fuel faults, i checked the cam follower as i read it can cause many problems. On the inside i can feel the little circle where the fuel pump pushes, is that a problem? Some pictures:

As i dont have VCDS anymore, i tried to do some logging with my autocom device:

Group 31: Lambda.

Group 231: LPFP

Group 230: HPFP

The car is modified and has a bout 385HP / 480Nm, I believe it has an autotech fuel pump (or upgrade), RS4 injectors, FMIC, full exhaust system no cat, K&N Typhoon air intake.

I noticed that the fuel pressure is pretty high at 190bar? Or could it just be as simple as a pair of spark plugs + coils?

Please some thoughts

How is it possible that the ecu requests 190 bar?
