Getting the Honeycomb Grill Back to it's Best?

Looking for a bit of advice from the guys in the know out there.

I am wanting to get my honeycomb grill back to looking black as it's the only thing that lets my cars appearance down.

I've been meaning to do this for a while and remember folk saying to use Gtechniq C4.  Obviously you don't get a lot of this for your money and I seem to remember people saying to use an ear bud to get in about the grill.  Will this not use up the C4 very quickly?  Alternatively how should this be applied?

Or is there a better product out there and how should it be used?  I don't want to go down the plastic dip route etc, I still want it to blend in with all the other plastics.

I am wanting to use this on all plastics, I presume it won't damage the paintwork if a small bit got on it?

Just done all my plastics with c4, a little goes a long way!

Did you do the grill with ear buds or another way?  Did the plastic parts come up well?

Also interested to know how long it will keep the plastics looking black before needing to be done again?

Used an ear bud to get into the corners, then the pads to do the rest

Spent a bit of time at lunch looking into these products and another has come up with decent reviews, 303 aerospace protectant.  Looks like a few people on here have used it, but no info on how long it lasts?

What would be the better of the two, C4 or this?

I've used AutoFinesse revive on mine and it worked really well!
Cheap product, easy to apply andd take off. Didn't last to bad either, probs got 6-7 washes of the car before the finish started to slip away

Buy a new one and then use c4 or similar.
such a faff to get them right if they are already faded. they also cost f*ck all to buy.
or you can buy a new one and use 303 every couple of washes. the uv protection will help stop fading.

Did my with c4 this weekend all front plastics, don't bother for the cost of the c4 and time and effort for very little reward. It did change the faded plastics but not enough for my liking. This is what I will be getting quality and fitment is excellent apparently.
