Help ! Lowering springs pls

Can anyone recommend lowering springs I'm looking at h&r but iv been told that u can get 30 MM ones and 50mm ones is anyone running these that can help with comfort or price comparison thanks

Ive got the 30mm ones and tbh comfort is fine, i didnt really notice any difference in the ride quality from standard springs. Slightly less body roll thats about it.  :smiley: :smiley:

Mine are up for sale, eibach sportlines.  Want £80 for them. Only had them on the car for 2k miles.
