If you watched Iceland previous games, you'd know they wouldn't be an easy team to win. They have a good physical condition (they run a lot) and work well as a team. They're surprising a lot of people... For such a small population, damn!

It appears to me that it's not really that Iceland were too good, but more like England were sooo bad; pathetic!

Pathetic performance, probably the worst I've ever seen from them.

No movement, no creativity, poor defending, giving them far too much time on the ball.
Hodgson got his tactics wrong again, should have kept Lallana in the first team over Sterling.
Rooneys passing was awful.
Kane still taking free kicks when he should be getting on the end of them.
Kane should have been subbed off for Rashford at about 65 minutes.

We deserve to go out and I'm glad Hodgson is out. Embarrassing 4 years in charge when you look at the World Cup fiasco as well.

I don't understand why people are so shocked? Its England. In a tournament. We always find new and more interesting ways to flop and embarrass ourselves in front of the world. f*cking useless as ever.

They don't get payed to play for England the wages go to charity Help for heroes so at least something positive came from that shocking embarrassment of a game

They don't deserve anything absolutely what a joke of a team and nothing will change come the World Cup ! They haven't had a good tournament since 96 when I was 14. 20 years ago I'm starting to come to terms with the fact I may never see them win a major tournament. I just wish the players had the same passion as the fans !
