The spec has changed since taking that video and is now even quicker with added water meth injection. The plan is for a hybrid turbo I believe (currently on the cards!), but when the video was taken, the spec can be found at the beginning of this video:

My exhaust does seem quite throaty in comparison to other standard Golfs (minus the CAI). The farts are quite loud when I hit 4k RPM and the car is running at optimum temps.

It had a fantastic exhaust system at the time  really did turn heads!

I should try and get some sound clips of mine with the bcs powervalve with the 200cel cat now I have the front silencer removed. Get some good aggressive sounding farts, can't wait to get the decat on

@MrJohnVas what exhaust set up were you running at the time to get those sort of noises at 4K revs? Mines nothing like that and it's annoying me!!

On the R8 video @ 1.44 mins I thought you were getting pulled up by the cops!
