VCDS Fault Code and possible fix

Hi Folks,

I got my MK5 GTI scanned last night and I got this error code come up;

Car is remapped and has K&N Typhoon Intake, GFB DV+ .

A quick search has come up with the following causes;

Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve (N80) faulty/jammed
Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Solenoid Valve (N115) faulty/jammed
Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Sealing faulty
Pipes between Tank Breathing and Throttle Body leaky/blocked

My question is, do any of you guru's know how to go about checking any of these?

Id start with the top one, N80 valve. As it's less than £15 for one from eBay and easy fit.

I had this issue and changed the canister but was the n80 at fault.

Have you check the pipe work to the canister? Sometimes they snap on the one with the round piece

I actually moved the canister there last week to fit a new parking light... Not too sure if that is whats set it off but could well be!
