Never found Meguiars drying towels to be anything less than top standard tbh.

Autofinesse AquaDeluxe towel is also very good.

We use the Wooly Mammoth and it seems to be pretty good.

I usually use 2 Gtechniq MF4 drying towels to do most mid sized cars, one was enough for a small car or a well protected car that the water beaded off so it was just a few drops left. The towel soaks up a huge amount of water and when fully saturated then wringing it out was enough to remove enough water to use it again straight away. It also dried very quickly if wrung out and left to air dry.

The other thing I like about them is that the towel itself isn't massive. I found some like the wooly mammoth a little unwieldy because of their size...

I did like my monster microfiber, I had the purple monster edgeless XL.

It wouldn't be fun if it was easy, I just wish it wasn't this much fun.

How is best to dry a towel out after use? I've only just moved on from archaic chamois!

I usually just hang it up and let it air dry. It never gets dirty (or at least it shouldn't if you've washed the car right..  :happy2:) Sometimes I give it a rinse under the tap then wring it out and then just hang it up. You could wash it like any other microfiber towel, no fabric softener, cool temperature and then hang it up but very rarely needs it.

+1 for the gTechniq MF4. I've tried loads of different drying towels, the MF4 is far by the best.
