SuperPro adjustable ball joints
« on: July 23, 2016, 04:18:34 pm »
I had the SuperPro adjustable ball joints fitted to my Ed. 30 recently but unfortunately the ball joints rub the discs of my Brembo 18Z kit when I make hard turns. The ball joints were cut twice, the dust shields were cut to make a window just were the ball joints would rub, but even after putting the camber as positive as possible they keep rubbing on hard cornering. :sad1:

My mechanic is against cutting the ball joints more so the only option I have now is to return to stock ball joints. Has anyone any experience with these ball joints and BBK?

Yep. Sometimes they are not compatible with certain rotors. Just remove them. The amount of camber they give isn't that much anyway.

Thanks @rich83. I'll have to live with stock camber since I'm not fitting camber plates or coilovers with camber adjustment. :sad1:
