Top Mounts help
« on: July 09, 2016, 10:50:26 pm »
Hi Guys,

I'm going to be purchasing some coilovers in the coming weeks and I wanted to renew/refresh the top mounts while I was at it.

Could anybody confirm which top mounts both front and rear I could upgrade to? I hear the RS3 / TT mounts are a good upgrade. Can anybody confirm the part numbers or just which model car I should be searching for when looking online?

Thanks in advance,
Faz

If you aren't fused about adjustable top mounts, then yeah RS3 is probably best option.
I have everything needed still in packaging for the front if you want to buy them from me, as I'm getting adjustable ones, so have no need for the RS3 ones anymore.

If you want adjustable top mounts, then you need to look at VWR or Ground Control top mounts.

Cheers @Adam0604

Can you hold onto until Wednesday for me? I want to find out from a cousin of mine about whether I should go with the adjustable variants or not.

Thanks in advance,
Faz

Hi, is it an advantage to change to RS3 top mounts at the rear as well as at the front?
