I'd disagree there, simply as I know how busy Alex & co. are. Alex simply doesn't have time to sit there reading and replying to emails everyday. And what would you rather from a company - them abandon you in search of new customers and more money, or a thorough service with aftercare support, and them focussed on ensuring you're happy? The latter is becoming increasingly rare in this day and age and is not something to be frowned upon.
The reason Alex, and other small outfits like R-Tech etc. are so busy is because they keep things small and do a good job, take pride in their work and customer service. If they branched out, took on more staff, upped their prices etc. then they would be no different to any other tuner or VAG specialist out there. You start to lose the thing that makes them so unique and popular.
