MK6 Leather Seats Question

Are leather seats in the MK6R and MK6 Gti all the same? (5 door and 3 door)

i.e.

The same leather seats with electric lumbar adjustment and heated option but...

R logo on headrest and seat adjusters in the R
Gti logo on headrest and seat adjusters in the Gti.

Does this also apply to lower models in the range with leather???
