Good to hear some of these stories of the cars running well over 100k.
Basically if I buy a car near the 100k mile mark I want it to have plenty of life left in it for years to come.
Does that seem reasonable as long as it's looked after. Never had a car with much mileage on the clock before, luckily the highest mileage car I've ever bought was mid 30's.
Possibly incorrectly I've always felt that once a car gets to around 100k it's coming to the end of its economic life, and you'll only have troubles from here in.
