I've got the polar FIS. Did your car already have BT?
AH ok cool... in that case then you could have got the Polar FIS which would display the phone on the highline display and do all the other things too.
Thats exact same one I ordered for a customer recently. Worked for a bit and then stopped working after that. not sure why but the supplier is sending a replacement
There is a video on the polar site saying the polar bt fits in the can gate way but mine joins behind the radio

Yeah that's what I thought wonder if you only get the BT module it connects behind the header unit

Mine was the same as what the PolarFIS Adv. module has so I just had to connect them in serial to the CAN gateway.
