Xenon Auto-Leveling Sensor

A few photos for those wondering where and what the xenon light leveling sensor looks like.  To be honest it's pretty primitive...

I've had a look and I don't have a shot of the rear ARB looking towards the car.

Not sure if this image helps at all...

Sorry to bump an old thread. Can anyone circle the front sensor for me, I can't see where it is exactly on the photo above.

Also as I have an open to short on VAG COM on my front leveller can someone post a photo of where the connector attaches to the sensor please.

its not in the photo as that shows the rear sensor im pretty sure your front sensor is attached to the nearside front wishbone/bottom arm

Thanks, I was thinking I was missing something!

Would it be possible for me to get to it without jacking the car up?

full lock the wheel all the way to the right, and you'll at least be able to see the sensor to see if theres any physical damage...

NSF wheel needs to come off but then the sensor is readily accessible. Pic attached - I've circled the sensor in red, and the cable with the blue arrow is the connector for it (not connected in this pic)

Thanks mark five!  :happy2:

Just turned the wheel to full lock and visually inspected the sensor. All looks well attached and the cable is connected, although I think I will have to get the wheel off to disconnect and reconnect it and see if that makes a difference.
