Why not H&R that has teflon covering the bushes so they don't squeak?

I'd say 24 mm, if you want a RARB.

I ran just the rear for about 2 yrs...it was an H&R 24mm set to its stiffest position...was fine for eliminating understeer but the body roll, slight as it was, was still there so I added a front as well. I think a 24mm will suit you just fine as should a 22mm being that most brands are adjustable. If you are looking for serious change...go 24mm and play with the adjustments...and then a front ARB when you determine flatter is better for aggressive cornering should your dampers and tires also be up to the task.

Having just the rear roll bar fitted, didnt that make the back end more snappy? especially on the hardest setting.

I think it's better to have a front and rear upgraded kit. But if the option is to do the upgrade by steps, I'd get the RARB first with 24 mm. I'm still not 100% sure if I keep mine with 22 mm in the stiffest position or if I end up upgrading to a 24 mm.

OEM drop links are fine with H&R -30 mm springs that I have fitted.

Definitely...I lost the back end a couple times...but without the front, it felt like the body was under an extreme amount of axial torque, front to back, when pushed hard...like wringing out a wet cloth. Front end would lift and it felt like it was trying to snap about its midriff when pushed hard through the curves. Front ARB fixed it so that it remains flat and didn't transmit that feel...entry speed is more than I expect it can be and you can push it throughout.

I've always had the oem links and they have performed without one snapping to date...so I would replace with oem if one eventually does.
