Changed my interior lights a while back to led white however i ended up busting one of the bulb housing... is this an easy fix?

when i was pushing the bulb in it has bend the casing that the bulb slides into

does anyone know the part number or name of this so i can look at getting a replacement

I'd use a pick myself but that's because I have access to them. something thin but quite strong in a hook shape  :happy2:
