« on: June 29, 2009, 07:56:05 am »
Got a bulb out,is it just a case of  pulling the cover down & removing the bulb to replace ? or is there any special way ?.Thanks in advance.

I think there is a cut out in the plastic lens, you have to depress a tang.  I ended up taking the panel down, it is about 4 Torx screws IIRC.  Torx t20 should do the trick.  Then get it on the bench and do the swap.

Hope that helps.

mine simply clips in, have the red blubs instead. Never saw any screws.
However, when doing it, make sure its one of the first things you do, i had my door open for about 10 mins before doing it, and the bulb and unit was red hot by the time I took it out.
