AKS roller cam follower conversion

I have seen a couple of mentions of this roller follower conversion from AKS, but nothing on their website. Has anyone seen or heard about it ?

It's available... not cheap at around the £400 mark in parts mind. I really don't see the appeal over just changing a £30 part annually...

Indeed, that's a lot of £38 followers !, just curious really as I can't find out anything about it
