OEM with an ITG panel filter (same as VWR). Enough for 330 CV with petrol 98 (can't get any better here).

I currently run the stock Airbox Assembly with a Genuine OEM Panel Filter and will probably stay with that for Stage 1.

However, If I was going beyond Stage 1 I would probably be looking at either the EVOM'S or REVO Camcoat.

Before anyone says it...; I know..., I really know about the price(!), but I wanted an enclosed filter, so went for the VWR one. It is just right IMHO - quiet and stealthy at low rpm's, and then still gives the '80's turbo noises when really pressing on. I really must grow up soon...

That looks to be just a carbon funnel and a panel filter, for £330?

At least they are the only intake maker to consider engine movement though, and include a proper rubber bellows.

I only pointed it out as that what came on mine.  But yes, you are correct I think.

We'll see how it performs when I get it mapped anyway.

RamAir oversized K04 intake on my 6R. Love it completely, it's the second RamAir kit I've had and I'll not likely swap it out again now.

Moving over to Flickr, sorry for the broken picture links!

Looks like a more cost effect version of the Revo intake, so should do the job!

The 3 options I like are:-

The old carbonio, but doesn't seem to available anymore:

VWR of course  :

Late 8P Audi S3 airbox and MAF:

@Pudding Are you sure that that's the late S3 airbox and not the TTS intake? The only problem I have with that intake is the trouble of relocating the battery to the boot. Ideally I'd get a lighter lithium battery which isn't cheap and would not last as much without charging.

The old Carbonio reminds me of the HG-Motorsport intake:
