30-130mph day!

Gutted about this one.. Would have loved to do it but im away.. Going off some private testing results, the little GTI would blow away LOTS of those big power Evo's which would be pretty good fun!! :wink:

30 - 130mph is about the best test you can have really.. Thats real world performance.. No BS 0-60 times etc.. They mean nothing!
I still think 1/4 mile times are a very good indication of a cars performance though, but your right, there is more chance of the driver having an impact on the times than a 30 - 130 test..

tis true, if we had identical cars there would be no way you would be able to keep up with me down the raceway cos of my supreme experience at traffic light gran prixs. :P
its a good point though. I could never match you times at the pod even with your car. Ability and technique are a massive factor
