What did you think of the Milltek build quality? I Had a full system on my Mk5 R32 and it was shocking.. I'm going for a BCS system for my 6R

I have a full turbo back Milltek system on my 6R, had it on for a year (about 10,000 miles now) and it's held up very well. However, I'm currently saving up to upgrade to a BCS system myself as they have better reviews generally.

Plus, anyone who looks at the Milltek warranty on the exhausts will realise that anything over a 30% power increase and they don't honour the warranty, even though they know full well a stage 2 tune exceeds 30% stock power on most occasions.

Moving over to Flickr, sorry for the broken picture links!

As much as I'd like a bcs system I just bought a used miltek cat back of ebay for 150. Little dirty but its will clean up  :happy2:

You're still missing out on the benefits of a bigger downpipe. Less back pressure, lower EGTs, better flow; it all equals more torque and power. It'd be a shame to throttle all that flow with the standard downpipe and cat before it got to the Milltek section. Get yourself a downpipe in the sale. It's pretty much an essential mod!

Yeah, I know, but it was such a good price I couldn't turn it down, a downpipe will get bought soon
