Bought an Ipod kit
« on: January 21, 2010, 09:37:26 pm »
Finally want to stop messing around with CDs so bought the genuine kit off e-bay for £60 (new). I've seen the guides on how to fit it but it's not clear if there's a hole in the glovebox to feed the wire. I hope I don't have to take the glovebox off. Anybody know? Has anyone seen a picture heavy DIY?

Thanks

unclip it and drop it down and the wire will fit straight through, no need for holes  (i have a HUGE video cable fed into mine)

Ahh right thank you. Did you tie the adapter down with some tape?

:signLOL: ok. But does it move about behind the dash if you don't tie it down?
