I'm trying to swap my discs and pads, but I cannot get the two carrier bolts out, they've been soaking in WD for about and hour but they're still solid, any suggestions?

Fronts, I have a 21mm, 1/2 inch socket on it at the moment, -as that's all I have access to.

I stuggled with this - don't you need an m14 or an m16 for the caliper carrier bolts?
I think a 600mm breaker bar is perfect if working off the ground, any longer and you'll hit the ground with the bar. My 900mm bar would just about to start to take the stress before hitting the ground. Obviously the higher you can get the car the better

Would have though that be enough to crack them. Only other ideas I would have is trying to extend the leverage or applying some heat. Stupid idea but guess your going the right way
M14 is for the rears

They've never been off before and the car is coming up to 12 years old now, so they must be pretty well seized on, I really struggle with the Allen bolts, but finally managed those ones, I might have to just suck it up and take it somewhere

Got mine off with a breaker bar - wasn't too bad. Not sure length of my bar but think its a bit longer than 18 '' maybe 24 ".

Put on the socket and ratchet and whack it with a mallet! Worked when I did my rears.

Ended up having to use an impact socket to get them shifted, they certainly did not want to move! At least now I have some decent pads and discs for the stage 2+ that I'm now running!
